Charismatic leadership ensures that the subordinate followers can be influenced by the level of charisma in the leadership personality and the persuasive abilities of a charismatic leader. This is because there must be influential communication actualized by a charismatic leader to ensure that the subordinate followers get persuaded to do what the leader wants. However, this does not mean that a charismatic leader will try to influence and persuade the followers to do unethical and illegal things at the workplace or elsewhere regarding professional matters. This is because professional ethics must be maintained by charismatic leaders and followers of such leaders.
